Deluxe Rooms have 2 double beds, HDTV, private bathroom, and refrigerator. While a little bit smaller than the Suites, a Deluxe Room still has plenty of space for the family.

ROOM

Standard Rooms have 2 double beds, HDTV, private bathroom, and refrigerator. While a little bit smaller than the Deluxe Rooms, a Standard Room is still very comfortable. All Standard Rooms have a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of two (2).

Nestled in the heart of the Western Catskills of New York, lies home to Plattekill Mountain, featuring skiing, snowboarding and snowtubing winter fun for all ages!

Children 10 and Under = FREE • Children 11 - 17 = $15 per child per night

$15 Charge for Rollaway Bed or Crib.

A two-night minimum stay required on weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required during holiday periods.

Three adults maximum in Deluxe Rooms and all Suites. (Third Adult: $50 extra per night)

We are a non-smoking establishment. This means we do NOT allow smoking in any of our rooms. Smoking in any of our rooms will result in additional fees.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: To confirm a reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required. If guest arrives after confirmed date of arrival or departs prior to final date of reservation, deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are refundable less 20% service charge provided notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days (14 during holiday periods) prior to the date of arrival.

The water at The Thompson House contains sulfur. Sulfur is completely harmless to guests. We do our best to remove any taste or odor sulfur may add to the water. Bottled water is available at the vending machine.
