Policies

** FAMILY SPECIAL ** The youngest paying child (age 4-14 yrs.) stays FREE when sharing room with two adults. Children under 4 yrs. always stay FREE. Cribs, rollaway beds, and high chairs are available for your convenience. There is a one-time charge of $15.00 to have a crib or rollaway bed set up in your room.

SEND A FRIEND: For our current guests, remember, any new guest you recommend to us, we will deduct 10% of your friend's bill from the cost of your next stay, following their departure. Please call for details.

DEPOSIT POLICY: To confirm a reservation, a deposit of $50.00 per person is required. A check or Money Order, payable to The Thompson House, is requested for the deposit. Deposits are refundable provided notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

RESERVATIONS date from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be made if rooms are available. The rooms are not available before 2:00 P.M. on the day of arrival. Please notify us if you should be arriving after 6:00 PM. Check-out on the day of your departure is 10:00 A.M.
